1. Speak With Our Team

Talk with your therapist or any member of our staff about questions, concerns, or support needs. We're here to listen and help.
             
 2. Access Community Resources

Our team can help connect you with housing, employment, food assistance, insurance guidance, Medicaid, legal aid, and other community services.
                                                     

 3. File a Concern or Grievance

You have the right to share concerns with any staff member or request to speak with our Clinical Director or Chief Operating Officer. Concerns may be submitted in person, by phone, or in writing. Raising a concern will never affect your care.
